Use Save option to save
the changes you have made to a file. The Save option is dimmed until you've
made changes that need to be saved.
If you are saving a new document, the Save As dialog box
is displayed. Enter a name for your document unless you want to accept
the supplied name, select the desired format from the Home Business Card, PDF,
and Postscript, and click Save.
Note: It is very helpful to periodically Save your work in
any application. This ensures that your work will not be lost in the event
of a power failure, system malfunction, etc.
